Album: Hearts Deluxe

Genre: Folk

Theme: Struggle & Surrender

About This Song:

Softer version of "Cry" from Hearts album. When life overwhelms, crushes, or wears you down, this song reminds us to turn to God. Humbly bringing our prayers before Him, we can trust that He hears our cries — even if His answer is not what we expect — because He sees the full picture: your part, the part of others, and all the circumstances involved. He judges rightly and faithfully, providing a path forward for all who seek Him. The song moves from crying out to remembering God’s mighty works and lifts a song of gratitude and trust, reminding us that our tears are not wasted and that God, in His greatness and goodness, is over all.
