About This Song:

Those who walk closely with God are truly blessed. We are commanded to obey and fear Him, not as a burden, but for our own good—like a parent guiding a child: study hard, rest well, live honorably. God disciplines, directs, and protects us out of love, surrounding us with His favor and help. When we delight in His Word and cultivate our relationship with Him, blessings follow. Life will still bring challenges, joys, and sorrows, but being close to God gives us perspective, helps us navigate everything that comes our way, and fills our hearts with joy. We lift our praise to Him for His marvelous deeds and steadfast love. You will reap the fruit of your labor, and be blessed by the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. Let this song remind us to walk with God and rest in His goodness and care.
